CHRISTMAS BUFFET MENU

Starters

Freshly baked bread, traditional Icelandic fried bread, rye bread and butter - Pickled Christmas herring - Goose liver pate with berries - Charcuterie, cured goose, Christmas ham, smoked beef, smoked and dried lamb “Hangikjöt”, and accompaniments - Beef Carpaccio, rucola, pine nuts and parmesan - Confit duck legs, dates, carrots and feta - Smoke marinated and slowly cooked salmon with horseradish sauce - Dill- and fennel marinated arctic charr with dill and mustard sauce - Mixed shellfish salad, lime leaves, ginger and chili - Sweet potato salat with cranberries and cashews (vg) - Beet root salad with pickled onions and blueberries (vg) - Green salad and house dressing (vg)

Main course

Reindeer meat balls in creamy sauce - Hangikjöt, traditional smoked lamb with potatoes in bechamel - Mustard glazed turkey breasts and stuffing - Crispy pork belly spiced with bay leaves and cloves - Beef tenderloin Wellington - Nut roast (vg)
